Professional Summary
Dr. Ravi Gupta is a graduate of SMS Medical College, Jaipur and joined medical school in 1989. Thereafter, he did his post-graduation (MD) in Internal Medicine from RNT Medical College, Udaipur. After his post graduation, he moved to one of the most prestigious cardiac centres in India, Escorts Heart Institute and Research Center, New Delhi and did his Super Speciality training in Cardiology (DNB - Cardiology) in 2006. He is a fellow of two most reputed International Councils - American College of Cardiology (FACC) and The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).
He has been practising Invasive and Non-Invasive cardiology for the last 18 years. He has performed more than 6000 coronary angioplasties, including the most complex cases like left main, CTO and bifurcations. He has special interest in peripheral interventions for which he was trained at Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, USA. He is also proficient in device closures and implantations.
